What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in technical deployment, project management, or related roles within software or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of software development life cycles and deployment methodologies. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in regulated industries, preferably financial services. - Proficiency with deployment tools and project management software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Technical knowledge of software engineering principles. - Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
