What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the deployment of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. - You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to develop and execute deployment strategies. - You will identify and mitigate risks associated with software deployment in a regulated environment. - You will drive continuous improvement by analyzing deployment outcomes and implementing best practices. - You will mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. - You will communicate deployment progress and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders. - You will manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. - You will stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform deployment strategies. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in software deployment, technical project management, or related roles. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience working in regulated industries, preferably financial services. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Background in software engineering or technical architecture. - Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) or related fields. - Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
