What You'll Do: - You will lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications using Profile, PSL, and MUMPS. - You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to define technical requirements and solutions. - You will mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance. - You will participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in software development. - You will contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technology roadmap. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in Profile, PSL, and MUMPS. - Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams. - Deep understanding of database management and integration techniques. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in financial services or banking technology. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). - Experience with data analytics and big data technologies.
