What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Profile, PSL, and MUMPS. - Strong proficiency in database management and data integration techniques. - Proven leadership skills with experience leading technical teams. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with Agile development methodologies.
