What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Profile, PSL, and MUMPS. - Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams. - Deep understanding of database management and integration with legacy systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Certifications related to software development or project management.
