What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in Profile, PSL, and MUMPS. - Strong proficiency in database management and integration with legacy systems. - Experience leading software development teams and managing project lifecycles. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). - Advanced certifications in software engineering or related fields.
