What You'll Do: - You will lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications using Profile, PSL, and MUMPS technologies. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - You will ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance. - You will contribute to architectural decisions and help define technical standards. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. What You Bring: - You have 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years working extensively with Profile, PSL, and MUMPS. - You possess strong programming skills in Profile and MUMPS languages. - You have experience leading software development teams and managing project deliverables. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - You have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices. - Knowledge of financial services industry standards and compliance requirements. - Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes. - Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous delivery.
