What You'll Do: - You will lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications using Profile, PSL, and MUMPS. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions. - You will mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance. - You will participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in software development. - You will contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technology roadmap. - You will work closely with product managers to align engineering efforts with business objectives. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in Profile, PSL, and MUMPS. - Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams. - Expertise in software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes. - Advanced certifications in software development or project management.
