What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline tools such as Apache Airflow or similar. - Strong experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Expertise in data modeling, ETL design, and data warehousing. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry, particularly commercial loan servicing. - Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka. - Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards. - Leadership experience managing technical teams.
