What You Bring: - 10+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields. - Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. - Strong background in statistics, algorithms, and data structures. - Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production environments. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related discipline. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision techniques. - Contributions to machine learning research or open-source communities.
