What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems. - You will lead technical strategy and provide mentorship to engineering teams across the organization. - You will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate ML solutions into production systems. - You will evaluate and implement new algorithms and tools to improve model performance and scalability. - You will drive research initiatives to explore emerging AI technologies and their applications in finance. - You will ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all ML projects. - You will communicate technical concepts and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What You Bring: - 10+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields. - Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. - Strong background in statistics, algorithms, and data structures. - Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in financial services or fintech industries. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop. - Publications or patents in machine learning or AI.
