You will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge models that drive business insights and enhance customer experiences across our digital platforms. What You'll Do: - You will develop and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions. - You will lead research initiatives to explore new algorithms and technologies in machine learning. - You will mentor and guide junior engineers to foster technical growth and innovation. - You will ensure the robustness, reliability, and ethical use of AI models in production. - You will contribute to the architecture and design of AI infrastructure and tools. - You will communicate technical concepts and project progress to stakeholders at all levels. What You Bring: - 8+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. - Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent. - Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor technical teams. - Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in financial services or fintech environments. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Publications or patents in machine learning or AI. - Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment best practices.
