What You'll Do: - You will develop and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions. - You will lead research initiatives to explore new algorithms and technologies in machine learning. - You will mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists to foster technical growth. - You will ensure the robustness, reliability, and ethical use of AI models in production. - You will contribute to the development of best practices and standards for machine learning engineering. - You will analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve model performance. - You will present technical findings and strategies to stakeholders and leadership. What You Bring: - You have 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related fields. - You possess strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala. - You have expertise with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - You have a deep understanding of statistical modeling, data structures, and algorithms. - You have experience working with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop. - You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in financial services or fintech industries. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with MLOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Publications or patents in machine learning or AI research.
