What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions. - You will lead research initiatives to explore new algorithms and techniques that enhance model performance. - You will mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. - You will ensure the robustness, fairness, and ethical use of AI models in production. - You will contribute to the development of best practices and standards for machine learning engineering. - You will communicate technical concepts and project progress to stakeholders at all levels. What You Bring: - 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related fields. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. - Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent. - Deep understanding of statistical modeling, data structures, and algorithms. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry. - Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Contributions to open-source machine learning projects or publications.
