What You'll Do: - You will develop and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions. - You will lead research initiatives to explore new algorithms and technologies in machine learning. - You will mentor and guide junior engineers to foster technical growth and innovation. - You will ensure the robustness, reliability, and ethical use of AI models in production. - You will contribute to the development of best practices and standards for machine learning engineering. - You will present findings and technical insights to stakeholders and leadership. What You Bring: - 8+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. - Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in financial services or fintech industries. - Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related discipline. - Contributions to open-source machine learning projects or publications. - Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
