We’re looking for a Recruiter who can help us identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent for our expanding team. Responsibilities • Source and screen candidates for sales, customer support, and technical roles • Manage full-cycle recruiting (from posting to offer) • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job boards, referrals, and LinkedIn • Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring with department leads • Assist with onboarding and initial training coordination • Maintain organized candidate records in our CRM/ATS system Qualifications • 1+ year of recruiting experience (call center or sales hiring preferred) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms • Ability to manage multiple openings and meet deadlines • Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits • $20–$50 per hour, based on experience and performance • Flexible schedule (remote or hybrid options) • Growth potential within a rapidly expanding company • Performance bonuses and commissions available Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: • Referral program Work Location: Remote
