You will be responsible for driving quality, managing testing delivery, and leading a team of QA engineers in an onshore-offshore model.Your role Lead end-to-end testing and automation activities. Gather and analyze business and system requirements. Manage creation and execution of test cases, test scenarios, and automation scripts.Drive defect reporting, triage, and resolution activities. Provide project documentation and status reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, and executive updates). Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery. Own overall testing quality, timelines, and delivery outcomes. Your skills and experience Experience in Software Engineering with a focus on QA Testing.Strong experience testing Retail and Restaurant systems, including Oracle POS solutions. Proven leadership experience managing large QA/testing teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Web, Mobile, and API testing and automation. Knowledge of Java and automation frameworks. Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, ANT, Charles/Fiddler, JIRA, and QMetry.Strong understanding of Agile development and CI/CD practices.
