Where no two days are the same.About the role POSITION: Facilities Project Manager Engineer LOCATION: Elmore, OH Under the direction of the Facilities Engineering and Support Services Manager, the Facilities Project Management Engineer will play a key role in managing and executing capital projects for the Elmore, OH facility. This position will focus on leading and supporting capital and expense projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will apply strong leadership abilities and technical expertise to drive project execution, particularly in the areas of instrumentation, controls, and data acquisition systemsKey Responsibilities Capital Project Management: Lead the planning, design, and execution of capital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines. Serve as Project Lead for multi‑disciplinary and single‑discipline projects, including developing scopes of work, cost and labor estimates, resource coordination, and schedule management. Technical Oversight: Develop technical specifications and data sheets, evaluate vendor proposals, and recommend best‑value solutions that meet operational, reliability, maintainability, and safety requirements. Oversee field installations, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues throughout project execution. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including production, maintenance, engineering, and external suppliers—to ensure project success and alignment with facility needs. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues related to instrumentation, control systems, and data acquisition platforms. Technology Evaluation: Identify, assess, and recommend new technologies to improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency. Standards Development: Develop and implement standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and long‑term sustainability of instrumentation, control, and data acquisition systems. EH&S Integration: Actively support the site’s Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives to ensure safe and compliant project execution. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline). Proven experience managing capital projects and leading project teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Hands-on familiarity with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Automation Direct, GE) and HMIs (GE iFix, GE Cimplicity, Wonderware) is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, meet deadlines, and achieve measurable results. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $86,900 - $168,688 / year  Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
