Why this job is exciting The role: We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Product Manager to join our company. As the Product Manager you will be responsible for assisting in delivery of our product roadmap for one or more products: understanding customer needs, our business strategy, and key technical considerations, weighing them, and collaborating with other members of the product management team and their UX and engineering counterparts to build and maintain a concrete vision of the direction for their area of product responsibility. Responsibilities: Assist in drafting basic product requirements including the creation of wireframes and prototypes to clearly communicate those requirements. Collaborate closely with our Customer Success teams to ensure customer requirements, priorities, and issues are being tracked and addressed appropriately. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to facilitate progress and successful feature delivery. Perform UAT testing on features, ensuring they meet user needs and quality standards. Engage in competitive analysis and market research when needed. Collect and analyze product performance data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Interact and work closely with external and internal stakeholders to refine requirements and timelines. Create support documentation and training materials for internal and external audiences as needed. This position will report to the Director of Product. Requirements: 2+ years experience in product management at SaaS companies Ability to write comprehensive epics and feature requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Capable of wireframing and doing static mockups You are motivated by: Hustle: You inspire others to work as hard as you.
