Full Stack C# .NET Developer (Mid-Senior Level) Location: Fully Remote (U.S. based) — Up to 3 travel events per year for team collaboration Type: Full-time We’re seeking a Full Stack C# .NET Developer to join our team. You’ll work with modern .NET technologies (including .NET 8+, dependency injection, EF Core, and Azure) while delivering high-quality React-based front ends. What You’ll Do • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions leveraging C#, .NET 8+, and React. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using modern .NET practices such as dependency injection and Entity Framework Core. • Build responsive, dynamic user interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. • Design and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. • Contribute to code reviews and documentation efforts. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability. • Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups in a Scrum environment. • Stay current on emerging tools, frameworks, and industry trends — and apply them to keep our platform cutting edge. Education and Experience Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of professional C#/.NET development experience • Strong experience with ASP.NET Core / .NET 8+ and Entity Framework Core • Expertise in React (hooks, state management, component architecture). • Strong understanding of dependency injection, repository patterns, and layered architecture. • Proficiency in SQL Server and relational database design and writing/reading SQL • Experience building and consuming modern RESTful APIs • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and version control with Git • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative team • Must be a team player, process-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet deadline • Position requires strong business/technical verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt to sudden changes in priorities and requirements Nice to Have • Azure cloud services experience (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Storage) • Experience with authentication/authorization standards such as SAML 2.0 or OAuth2/OpenID Connect • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
