Location: Brookfield, IL Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive Job Description FT Revenue Cycle Specialist - Oversees the revenue cycle of our not-for-profit company; billing for private pay, Medicare, and secondary insurances. Receive cash collections and complete bank deposits. Follow-up with delinquent accounts and the collection process. Focuses on keeping the revenue flowing through the billing and AR process. Requirements Business Degree or equivalent work experience in the healthcare financial field. Prefer 3-5 years of related healthcare finance experience with supervisory responsibilities. Thorough knowledge of billing requirements/regulations of the major third party insurance carriers. Extension knowledge of policies, procedures, systems and equipment relating to pre-admission, billing, and collections. Has the ability to develop policies, procedures, processes and projects that will benefit our company. Demonstrated leadership skills with the abililty to guide, direct, train, and interact with interal and external customers.
