Responsibilities: Lead quality assurance efforts across the entire product stack, emphasizing hardware testing and validation activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and execution strategies. Investigate software bugs and issues in-depth, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Champion testing best practices, driving continuous improvement through innovation and iteration. Thrive in a dynamic, global team environment, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Document and communicate test results and strategies clearly and effectively. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated hands-on experience in testing mobile apps and IoT devices 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or software engineering roles, with a focus on connected consumer electronics. Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and methodologies Experience in building test rigs and conducting test procedures with product hardware. Proficiency in various types of testing, including regression, performance, stress, end-to-end, integration, and security testing.
