What You'll Do: - You will diagnose and repair Canon imaging equipment at customer sites. - You will provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. - You will perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment malfunctions. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records. - You will collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues. - You will manage service parts inventory and order replacements as needed. - You will stay updated on product knowledge and technical training. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in field service or technical support. - You have strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electronic systems. - You possess excellent communication and customer service abilities. - You are comfortable working independently and managing your schedule. - You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
