What You'll Do: - You will diagnose and repair Canon imaging equipment at customer sites to minimize downtime. - You will provide exceptional customer service by addressing technical issues promptly and professionally. - You will perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment operates at peak performance. - You will document service activities accurately and communicate effectively with customers and team members. - You will collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues. - You will stay updated on product knowledge and technical training to enhance your skills. - You will manage service parts inventory and ensure timely availability for repairs. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1 year experience in field service or technical support, preferably with imaging or electronic equipment. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
