Your expertise will ensure customers receive timely and effective technical support, enhancing their overall experience with Canon products. What You'll Do: - You will diagnose and repair Canon imaging equipment at customer sites to minimize downtime. - You will provide exceptional customer service by addressing technical issues promptly and professionally. - You will perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance. - You will document service activities accurately and communicate effectively with the support team. - You will stay updated on product knowledge and technical advancements through ongoing training. - You will collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve complex technical problems. - You will manage service parts inventory and ensure proper tools are available for repairs. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in field service or technical support roles. - You have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. - You possess excellent communication and customer service abilities. - You are comfortable working independently and managing your schedule. - You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Canon or similar imaging equipment. - Technical certifications related to electronics or mechanical repair. - Familiarity with diagnostic software and tools. - Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends.
