What You'll Do: - You will diagnose and repair Canon imaging products at customer sites to minimize downtime. - You will provide exceptional customer service by addressing technical issues promptly and professionally. - You will perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment operates at peak performance. - You will document service activities accurately and communicate effectively with customers and team members. - You will collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues. - You will maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools necessary for service calls. - You will adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service activities.
