What You'll Do: - You will diagnose and repair Canon imaging equipment at customer sites. - You will provide exceptional customer service by addressing technical issues promptly. - You will perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records. - You will collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues. - You will manage parts inventory and order replacements as needed. - You will adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service calls. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies.
