Role Overview: As a Credit Representative I at Canon U.S.A., Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and supporting the financial operations of the company. This entry-level position involves assessing creditworthiness, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication with clients to facilitate smooth credit transactions. What You'll Do: - You will evaluate customer credit applications and perform credit checks to determine creditworthiness. - You will monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies. - You will communicate effectively with customers to address credit-related inquiries and provide support. - You will collaborate with internal teams to update credit policies and procedures. - You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit transactions and customer interactions. - You will assist in preparing reports on credit status and account activities. - You will support the credit department in various administrative tasks as needed.
