What You'll Do: - You will evaluate credit applications and determine credit limits based on company policies. - You will monitor customer accounts to identify and resolve payment issues. - You will communicate with customers to collect outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans. - You will maintain accurate and up-to-date credit records and documentation. - You will collaborate with sales and finance teams to support credit-related inquiries and processes. - You will assist in preparing reports on credit status and account activities. - You will ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory requirements. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in credit, collections, or a related financial role. - You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with credit management software or ERP systems. - Knowledge of financial regulations and credit risk assessment. - Previous experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment. - Additional language skills for customer communication.
