Role Overview: As a Credit Representative I at Canon U.S.A., Inc., you will play a vital role in managing credit accounts and supporting the financial health of the company. This entry-level position involves assessing creditworthiness, processing credit applications, and maintaining accurate records to ensure timely payments and minimize risk. What You'll Do: - You will evaluate credit applications and determine credit limits based on company policies. - You will monitor customer accounts to identify and resolve payment issues. - You will communicate with customers to collect outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans. - You will maintain accurate and up-to-date credit records and documentation. - You will collaborate with sales and finance teams to support credit-related inquiries and processes. - You will assist in preparing reports on credit status and account activities. - You will ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory requirements.
