Role Overview: As a Credit Representative I at Canon U.S.A., Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and supporting the financial operations of the company. This entry-level position involves assessing creditworthiness, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication with clients to facilitate smooth credit processes. What You'll Do: - You will evaluate customer credit applications and perform credit checks to determine credit limits. - You will monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments to minimize financial risk. - You will maintain detailed and accurate credit records and documentation. - You will collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve credit-related issues. - You will communicate effectively with customers regarding their credit status and payment plans. - You will assist in preparing credit reports and financial analysis as needed. - You will support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
