Role Overview: As an Account Relations Representative III, you will serve as a key liaison between Canon and its clients, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong business relationships. Your role is critical in managing client accounts, resolving issues, and supporting sales initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and company growth. What You'll Do: - You will manage and nurture client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively. - You will analyze account data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - You will prepare and present account reports to senior management. - You will support sales teams by providing detailed account insights and customer feedback. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on Canon’s products and services. - You will contribute to process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in account management or client relations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or imaging industry. - Knowledge of sales processes and strategies. - Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish or French. - Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
