What You'll Do: - You will manage day-to-day communications with assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. - You will resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, providing effective solutions. - You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to support account needs and identify growth opportunities. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will analyze account data to identify trends and recommend improvements. - You will assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in account management or customer service roles. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. - You possess proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
