Role Overview: As an Account Relations Representative II, you will play a crucial role in managing and strengthening relationships with key accounts. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth. What You'll Do: - You will manage day-to-day communications with assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. - You will resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. - You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for account growth. - You will maintain accurate records of account interactions and transactions. - You will analyze account data to provide insights and recommendations for improving service. - You will assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in account management or customer service roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the imaging or office equipment industry. - Knowledge of sales processes and techniques. - Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish or French. - Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
