What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or customer service roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
