Role Overview: As an Account Relations Representative II, you will play a crucial role in managing and strengthening relationships with key clients. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth. What You'll Do: - You will manage day-to-day communications with assigned accounts to maintain strong client relationships. - You will resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience. - You will collaborate with sales and service teams to coordinate account activities and support business objectives. - You will analyze account data to identify opportunities for upselling and improving customer satisfaction. - You will prepare and present reports on account status and performance to management. - You will assist in the development and implementation of account strategies. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or customer relations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the imaging or office equipment industry. - Knowledge of sales processes and techniques. - Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish or French. - Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
