Position Overview We're seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple commercial and federal electrical construction projects from start to finish. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, a solid understanding of federal contracting requirements (FAR, DFARS, etc.), and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively. This is a safety sensitive position. Key Responsibilities • Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of electrical projects. • Manage field teams, subcontractors, and project staff with strong, people-first leadership. • Ensure full compliance with federal contract terms, safety standards, and quality expectations. • Prepare and review submittals, RFPs, change orders, and project documentation. • Coordinate with clients, GCs, engineers, and government representatives. • Maintain cost control, forecast labor and materials, and track project profitability. • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience managing teams and leading electrical projects. • Proven success in commercial and federal construction environments. • Strong understanding of federal contracts, documentation, and compliance requirements. • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g.,Accubid, Heavy bid, Bluebeam). • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one preferred. • O1 Electrical license preferred • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
