Real Estate Recruiter (Remote – 1099 Contractor) Work Location: Remote Compensation: • Sign-on bonus: $1,000 • $100 for every qualified appointment set • First deal closed by hired: $500 Join Us in Shaping the Top Real Estate Team in New England Candor Investment Group is a fast-growing real estate company on a mission to 10X our impact across New England. As we expand into Rhode Island, Connecticut, and further into New Hampshire, we’re backed by strong systems, sharp agents, and strategically aligned service businesses. We’re looking for an independent, results-driven Real Estate Recruiter to help us find, attract, and bring in top-tier real estate professionals who align with our growth mindset and values. Your Mission We’re looking for a results-driven Real Estate Recruiter to attract, screen, and schedule qualified real estate talent across New England. This is a remote, 1099 contractor position focused on measurable results. What You'll Do: • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top real estate talent (agents, brokers, and team leaders) • Source candidates via job boards, social media, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals • Conduct screening calls to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit • Set qualified appointments between candidates and our executive team • Access and manage our shared calendar to schedule appointments; lock in two days per week with three-hour blocks for meetups and client meetings • Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and accurate recruitment records • Achieve specific recruiting goals: • Ten agents in Connecticut and ten agents in Rhode Island • Experienced team leaders in both states • Full team in Portsmouth/Dover NH area (team lead + 5–10 agents) • Additional agents in Massachusetts (east of Worcester) • Additional agents in New Hampshire (primarily Concord south; Lakes Region and north if self-sufficient) Focus recruiting efforts in key areas: Lewiston/Auburn ME (Agents), Seacoast NH / Concord NH (Team Leader + agents), Worcester / Lowell MA (Agents), Hartford CT / Providence RI (Team Leaders), City of Boston (Agents and Leaders) What You Bring • Proven experience in recruiting (real estate or related industries preferred) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven • Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor • Familiarity with eXp Realty is a plus but not required Why Candor: • Direct collaboration with the CEO and executive team • Clear expansion plan across New England • Flexible, remote role with performance-based compensation and unlimited earning potential • Be part of a high-performance, investor-minded real estate team Apply now if you're ready to build something elite—not bloated.
