Full Description

Job Description: • Own execution quality and delivery outcomes across a portfolio of large-scale conversions, platform implementations for large financial institutions. • Establish and enforce consistent delivery standards, methodologies, risk controls, and reporting across all programs. • Lead program-level governance including milestones, dependencies, issue management, and executive escalation. • Ensure implementation plans are realistic, sequenced correctly, and aligned to client readiness and product capabilities. • Set clear performance expectations tied to delivery outcomes, accountability, and client experience. • Conduct regular reviews of project health, PM performance, and development needs. • Translate complex delivery challenges into clear, actionable options for client and internal leadership. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience leading complex technology implementations or enterprise transformation programs • 3+ years of experience managing Project Managers or program teams • Demonstrated experience delivering core banking migrations, large SaaS platform implementations, or similarly complex enterprise programs • Strong command of program governance, risk management, and executive-level communication • Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously Benefits: • Health insurance • Flexible work arrangements
