Cancer Cell Diagnostics is advancing precision oncology through innovative circulating tumor cell (CTC) technologies and molecular testing solutions, including the CellSight DNA platform. We are seeking a Clinical Account Manager to drive adoption, education, and growth across oncology practices, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks. This role blends clinical knowledge, commercial execution, and strong provider engagement to expand test utilization and deliver value to physicians and patients. Key Responsibilities • Develop and grow clinical accounts within an assigned territory to increase CellSight DNA test adoption • Build relationships with oncologists, pathologists, advanced practitioners, and clinic staff • Educate providers on clinical utility, workflow, and appropriate patient selection • Identify new opportunities within community oncology and health system networks • Collaborate with medical affairs, operations, and leadership to support successful launches • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing account management for new clients • Maintain accurate territory activity, pipeline visibility, and forecasting Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in molecular diagnostics, oncology testing, specialty laboratory sales, or clinical oncology practice (including oncology nursing, infusion coordination, or clinical trial management) • Proven ability to drive clinical adoption, expand provider relationships, or manage complex patient workflows in oncology settings • Strong understanding of oncology workflows and provider decision-making • Experience working within compliance-sensitive healthcare environments • Ability to travel within territory and manage a field-based schedule • Bachelor’s degree required; nursing degree (RN/BSN), life sciences background, or equivalent clinical training preferred Preferred Experience • Liquid biopsy, NGS, or precision oncology testing experience • Established relationships within oncology practices or health systems • Experience launching new diagnostic products or entering new markets • Background in oncology nursing, infusion services, patient navigation, or clinical trial coordination with interest in transitioning to a commercial role Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 • Variable Compensation: Up to $80,000 additional total variable earnings based on performance • Competitive benefits package, including health coverage, paid time off, and growth opportunities within a fast-moving precision oncology company
