About the Role As a Junior Mobile Engineer at Campus, you’ll contribute to the development of our mobile app used daily by thousands of students. You’ll work in React Native to deliver high-impact features, help improve mobile performance, and grow rapidly as an engineer on a fast-paced, collaborative team. You're excited about this opportunity because you will... Build and ship new features in Campus’s iOS and Android apps using React Native. Partner closely with Product and Design to implement intuitive, engaging mobile experiences. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team-wide engineering practices. Help troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and refine user flows based on student and faculty feedback. Grow your skills by collaborating with senior engineers and learning best practices in mobile engineering. We're excited about you because... You have 1–2+ years of experience in mobile development (professional, internship, or substantial project work). You have proficiency with React Native and strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript. You’re eager to improve, ask questions, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You have a bias to action and a passion for building products that are both functional and delightful. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and enjoy partnering with Product and Design. (Nice to have) Exposure to backend work or APIs. What you’ll get: A compensation package that includes a base salary ($135K - $165K) + equity grant Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
