Full Description

Description: • Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP platform solutions to support Campbell’s digital transformation • Ensure the technical quality, performance, scalability, and security of SAP systems and platforms • Collaborate with enterprise architects and functional teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions that meet business needs • Analyze current SAP landscape and propose optimal technical architecture and roadmap in partnership with enterprise architecture • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions using technologies such as Business Technology Platform, HANA, and Fiori • Provide technical guidance on platform configuration to SAP application teams ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies • Partner with SAP Service Delivery Manager to monitor and optimize performance, availability, and security of SAP systems • Participate in business case development by providing cost estimation and input for SAP solution components • Conduct product evaluation, design, and proofs of concept; stay updated with latest SAP trends and technologies and evaluate feasibility for the business Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field • 15+ years’ experience designing enterprise SAP systems with an emphasis on globally available applications • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in NetWeaver technology including S/4, ECC, BW, SCM, and HANA 2.0 • Subject matter expert on SAP platform architecture with a background in SAP Basis • Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver application development including integration between heterogeneous systems and technologies • Experience as a technical leader on large successful SAP deployments or system conversions, ideally with S/4 • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Deep technical skill and business acumen to translate business and functional requirements to robust technical solutions • Nice to have: SAP certification(s) in NetWeaver technologies; SAP BTP certification; experience with Datasphere, SAC, Integration Suite, Business Application Studio, and Fiori Launchpad; understanding of SAP RISE, PCE and prior deployment experience Benefits: • Medical, dental, short and long-term disability, AD&D, and life insurance (for individual, families, and domestic partners) • Matching 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and enrollment on the first day • Unlimited sick time • Paid time off and holiday pay • Free access to the fitness center (if in WHQ) • Access to on-site day care (operated by Bright Horizons) and company store • Campbell’s Cares program matches employee donations and volunteer activity up to $1,500 annually • Variety of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) • Competitive health, dental, 401(k) and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment
