What You'll Do: - You will provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. - You will manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain security standards. - You will assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment and software. - You will monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or patches. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related challenges. - You will document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions to improve knowledge sharing. - You will support IT projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. - You will ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role. - Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common business software. - Strong knowledge of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN. - Experience with user account management in Active Directory or similar systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional. - Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS. - Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices. - Previous experience supporting remote or hybrid work environments.
