Your purpose is to provide timely technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless technology operations that empower our teams to perform at their best. What You'll Do: - You will provide first and second-level technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. - You will manage and maintain IT systems, including desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices. - You will assist in the deployment and configuration of new technology solutions and upgrades. - You will monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime. - You will document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of support activities. - You will collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve complex technical problems. - You will support cybersecurity initiatives by ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices. - You will participate in IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role. - Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. - Experience with network troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN and VPN technologies. - Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional. - Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. - Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and tools. - Previous experience supporting remote or hybrid work environments.
