CAMI NYC is looking for Assistant Manager for our new retail store in Madison. This role will inspire and lead a sales team while making connections and lasting impressions with clients through an authentic client experience. Responsibilities: • Build effective relationships with associates, peers and supervisor to develop a high performing team • Analyze reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions to drive results • Directly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high quality standards • Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members • Work with the sales team to ensure each client receives the best service/experience • Prepare the fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide product knowledgeable to clients regarding style and fit. • Support team with operational tasks such as shipping/receiving, replenishing sales floor, and maintains aesthetic and visual standards • Communicate customer feedback and inventory needs to support the business • Execute opening and closing standards to assist with store operation • Must be available for opening/closing shifts along with weekends and holidays • Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality • Ability to develop relationships with customers and fellow team members • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to quickly learn and apply new procedures and processes • Strong organizational skills and follow through skills
