Job Type Part-Time / Contract / Fractional (Remote) 10–20 hours/week to start, with opportunity to scale Compensation • Monthly Retainer: $1,000–$2,000 (DOE) • Commission: 5–10% on closed group sales • High earning potential with performance Job Overview Cameron Ranch Glamping is growing fast, and we’re looking for a dynamic fractional Group & Corporate Sales Manager to build and scale our retreats and events program. We operate unique boutique stays across Texas, including glamping units, cabins, and an RV resort near lakes, forests, and nature destinations. This role is ideal for someone with experience selling: • Corporate retreats • Wellness retreats • Team off-sites • Events and buyouts • Boutique hotel group stays • Weddings or micro-weddings • Creative / influencer retreats You will help shape a brand-new revenue channel within a fast-paced and innovative outdoor hospitality company. Key Responsibilities • Develop and sell group packages including corporate off-sites, wellness retreats, team-building weekends, event buyouts, and specialty experiences. • Perform outbound outreach to companies, HR teams, retreat planners, wellness groups, and event coordinators. • Respond to inbound group inquiries and move leads through a clear sales pipeline. • Build proposal templates, pricing sheets, and pitch materials. • Coordinate with operations to confirm availability, logistics, and special requests. • Manage a CRM of prospective clients and track all sales activities. • Create seasonal themes, retreat packages, and promotional offers. • Attend virtual networking events, planner meetings, or hospitality groups (optional but encouraged). • Deliver clear monthly reporting on outreach, deals in pipeline, and bookings closed.
