Role and responsibilities The Customer Experience Representative will serve as the first point of contact for our customers - providing product support, resolving inquires, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from onboarding through renewal. This role also contributes to sales growth by identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and nurturing lasting relationships.
