Key Result Areas: • Develop strategies to lead team to achieve and exceed organizational goals. • Drive small business growth and retention through a consultative approach and execution of business strategy. • Coach and develop team through all HR requirements and cycles including consistent one on one meetings and individualized development for performance and career growth. • Foster a respectful work environment and further a culture of inclusion by building connections using the tools of listening, compassion and understanding. • Use, embrace, and leverage insights from data to understand trends, opportunities, and risks. • Maximize the use of evolving technology in support of decision making and adding value to CSB and in support of solving customer needs. • Create an operationally strong environment in the branch ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and risk/audit expectations. • Maintain an active leadership role in community/civic organizations; motivate staff to volunteer in the community • Ensure team adheres to all regulatory and compliance guidelines. • Work on various projects as needed. • Perform additional duties as required Qualifications: • Associates degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred. • 5 years’ Branch Management experience or equivalent retail management • 10 years’ proven experience in sales, service, and operations • Ability to work independently, take accountability for actions, manage competing priorities, and make quick, high-quality decisions • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups • Outstanding in creating a collaborative and empowered team and proficient in conflict management skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work branch hours, engage in after-hours events, including weekends and evenings, and travel to and work at other branches, as needed The above description covers the most significant major responsibilities but does not exclude other occasional responsibilities and accountabilities, the inclusion of which would be in conformity with the major purpose of this job. Location: Lexington, MA Salary Range: $80,600 - $107,000 The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $80,600 - $107,000. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
