Join Cambridge Mental Health as a Skilled Therapist in Boston, MA (Afternoon/Evening Shift) Cambridge Mental Health, a premier outpatient mental health practice in Cambridge, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate therapist to join our growing team. We’re looking for a master’s-level clinician who is comfortable and confident working afternoon/evening hours to accommodate clients after work and school. Your Role: • Design personalized treatment strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals • Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches • Regularly assess progress and adjust treatment plans as clients’ needs evolve • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, primary care providers, and other professionals for coordinated care • Create thoughtful aftercare and discharge plans when appropriate for outpatient setting • Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation • Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources as needed • Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field • Adhere to all ethical guidelines and state/federal regulations (Note: This list reflects core responsibilities; additional duties may evolve based on practice needs.)
