Perform vibration data collection and analysis, report findings, and assist customers with technical issues.

About the position Responsibilities • Provide Vibration Route Data collection. • Study and perform vibration analysis on rotating machinery. • Report findings directly to customers. • Assist customers with problem resolution. • Interact with customers to promote service contracts. • Interact with customers, factory, and other Caltrol teams/departments to develop process improvement and increase customer satisfaction. Requirements • Strong mechanical background in industrial machinery. • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. • Strong customer service skills. • Computer skills (MS Office and other PC products). • Home-based high-speed internet with home office space. • Ability to understand and safely use standard hand tools. • Verbal and written skills to effectively communicate. • Professional appearance and presentation while on-site at customer facilities. Nice-to-haves • Emerson CSI is a plus. • Additional PdM Technology Certifications are a plus. • No vibration analysis training is required, but to obtain level 1 certification within one year (at the expense of Caltrol).
