About the Role This opportunity brings experienced engineers into collaboration with leading AI research labs to help improve next-generation developer tools and intelligent systems used at scale. Position: Senior Software Engineer Compensation: $50–$150/hour (based on experience) Role Responsibilities • Use advanced AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day engineering work • Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code and technical outputs • Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning, reliability, and performance • Partner with AI research teams to iterate on tools, workflows, and evaluation methods • Work independently and asynchronously while meeting quality and delivery standards Ideal Profile • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++ • Experience with code reviews, debugging, testing, and system design • Comfortable working with technical documentation and providing precise feedback • Prior experience with large codebases or open-source projects is a plus Application Process (Takes 20–30 minutes) • Upload your resume • Complete a short AI interview based on your experience • Submit the application form
